§ 19-127. Throwing or distributing handbills prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, place, throw, scatter or cast any handbill in or upon any private or public premises within the city where a notice stating "No Handbills" is posted on the premises.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to direct, encourage or allow another person, employee or independent contractor to deposit, place, throw, scatter or cast any handbill in or upon any private or public premises within the city where a notice stating "No Handbills" is posted on the premises.
