§ 2-436. Real property polices.

Latest version.

The acquisition or disposition of real property by the city shall be conducted in accordance with real property polices as adopted by and as may be amended from time to time by the city commission.

Ord. No. 110629, adopted May 2, 2013, repealed § 2-436 and enacted a new section as set out herein. The former § 2-436 pertained to sale of land obtained by the city through foreclosure and derived from § 2-21.2 of the 1960 Code.
