If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this division shall be
held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not in any manner
affect the remaining portions of this division, which shall be, and remain, in full
force and effect, as fully as if the portion so adjudicated invalid or unconstitutional
were not originally a part thereof. The section headings included in this division
shall not be construed to limit the text included thereunder.
