Whosoever with intent to deceive shall make or cause to be made any statement, report,
certificate, election, notice, claim or other instrument, authorized or required under
this division, whether of the enumerated classes or otherwise, which shall be untrue,
or shall falsely or cause to be falsified any record comprising a part of the operation
or administration of this plan contemplated by this division shall be punished as
provided in section 1-9.
